This is very yummy! My blender sucks but it still came out smooth and flavorful. Best of all, it was fairly quick, moderately healthy, and super(!) easy. I used no-salt-added tomatoes and I put in some dried basil at the end. I'm glad that I wasn't scared off by how few ingredients there were and decided to make this.

This bisque is proof that sometimes simple is BEST! I was concerned it needed some chicken stock, but I was so very wrong. This is by far the best tomato bisque I have ever had. Simple, clean, and delicious! I made as directed, but did add some basil for my taste. I CANNOT wait until I have fresh garden tomatoes to make this again!

Simple but delicious! Great flavor, and would be very easy to double. Tastes a lot like Panera's tomato soup, which is my favorite! Served it with some crusty bread, and it was awesome. Will DEFINITELY make again!
