Very tasty! I seasoned and pounded the chicken breast then rolled in flour, dipped in egg/mayo mix (1 T mayo to 2 eggs) then in bread crumbs. I fried them until browned and baked 20 min. at 350. Then I finished the recipe as written using heirloom tomatoes and garlic and a sprinkling of cornstarch to slightly thickened the sauce. Served it with brown and wild rice. Excellent!

My family loved this recipe! I also have substituted baby bell mushrooms in place of tomatoes Delicious as well!

Good but a bit bland, but we do eat a lot of spicy food and I did have to cook it for longer at the end so maybe I messed it up.

Will definitely be making this again, it was delish. I used truss tomatoes chopped, and added some home made pasta sauce.

This was really good. I used regular tomatoes from our garden instead of cherry tomatoes. My one year old even loved it.

Healthy and fresh! I added fresh asparagus right after the tomatoes to add some more greens, and served over linguini. 👍🏻👍🏻 the hubby liked it too! I had to spread it over 2 pans but I think I had more chicken than it had called for initially.

probably the best lite and easy meal. The combinatiok of flavours is really nice and the touch of butter makes it a little creamy as well.

Very good and easy to make. Had 6 kids eating multiple plates. I recommend letting chicken sort of sit in the sauce before serving it tastes better. Great use of garden produce.

It was great. Easy to make and it came out exactly as I expected. The only difference was that I cooked the chicken for double the time that it indicated, loved it.

Rated a 6 or 7. I cooked up some eggnoodles to be served with it. I also used a 29 oz. can of diced tomatoes.

This dish is extremely tasty. I did have to substitute the cherry tomatoes with regular tomatoes and I didn't have fresh basil from the farmers market but supposedly a small jar I bought at Walmart that said fresh basil. Either way it came out delicious. I do suggest to combine this with a sort of pasta. I added rice and it just didn't taste right together. The chicken came out soft and juicy, Perfect! Love, love, love.

This was too quick and too easy too be so flavorful. I served it with baked spaghetti squash and tossed salad.
