Rarely does tomato soup knock you off your branch, however, this one cut down the entire tree. Add carrot, celery stalk and some tomato paste to intensify the flavors. I served this with homemade taro, Roquefort and thyme focaccia, but an old fashion grilled cheese would be like something from a Norman Rockwell painting.
