Awesome low-carb appetizer! You’ll want to make more than 12 pieces tho! I used 3/4 lb of 4” Genoa salami in a 24-mini muffin tin; molded into tin with lots of folds. I baked at 375 for 10-15 min (the first batch was crispy and tasted like bacon; the 2nd batch didn’t cook as long ~10 min (cuz we could not wait they were so Yummly) and it tasted more like salami). Tip: drain on paper towels after baking and sprinkle just a wee bit of sea salt on the avocado to bring out the flavor (36 pieces)
