This is in my regular rotation of recipes. It’s got the perfect amount of bite and the chicken is so tender. We serve it over white rice.

Very tasty. A bit of additional chilli required for those that like a kick, but the tartness of the tomatillos really compliments the chicken. Served with Mexican rice
