Broth base is good—Doubled coconut milk and added 1/2 sliced onion.
Personalized final soup bowl with tofu dumplings, bean sprouts, shitake/cremini mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, zucchini. Topped with fresh cilantro, green onion, and basil.
