- 1 tsp. sugar

- 6 oz. brown rice noodles (I use pad thai noodles)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped, heaped)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots (thinly)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts (or cashews optional)
- 1/2 cup veggies (Other, choice)
