EXCELLENT RECIPE! Making again today because the batch I made yesterday is already gone and I’m craving more! Ran out of paprika and substituted 1 of the tbsps with ancho chile powder, left out the green chiles - perfect amount of heat.

I added spinach for veggies.
I also skipped the chillies because I was afraid I'd come out too spicy.
