- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 cms fresh root ginger (roughly piece, grated)
- 1 red chilli (medium, deseeded and finely chopped)
- 4 spring onions
- 5 Tbsp. thai green curry paste
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 100 grams broccoli florets (about 5 – quartered)
- 100 grams green beans (sliced lengthways then cut in half, about 1 heaped cup)
- 800 mL full fat coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable stock powder (– I used bouillon)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup beansprouts
- 1 tsp. tapioca flour
- 3 Tbsp. coconut cream
