- 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil (your choice)
- 1/3 cup tamari sauce (Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce can be used)
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder (or Corn Starch)
