- 1 1/2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (or any oil with high smoke point, more if needed)
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth (low sodium)
- 3 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger (sub with frozen, jarred or paste)
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 8 oz. stir fry noodles (sub with preferred noodles)
- 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (or any oil with high smoke point)
- 1/2 medium red onion (sliced)
- 3 cups broccoli (cut into small florets, about 1.5")
- 1 red bell pepper (large, cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (*optional)
