Not the same as sour cream, but quite good, also as a sub for creme fraiche. Used 1 drop of lemon essential oil - quicker than zesting.

yummy!, just wonder how long it will keep? I needed this I really missed my sourcream. I added the full 3 teaspoons of lemon, left out zest, well I am lazy. Super good, thinking of tacos or for hungarian cauliflower <3
