Added about 1/4 cup of peanut butter with cabbage, doubled amount of cabbage, halved the amount of soba, and added about 3 1/2 cups of vegetable stock. Absolutely phenomenal!

Delicious. I suggest you follow the recipe the first time and then tweak it to your taste next time. I'd add more cabbage,garlic & ginger. Enjoy

The flavor was spot on but I felt it needed a little more garlic, ginger and cabbage and less noodles.
I definitely would like to make it again but I would add more to the cabbage mixture and maybe some scrambled egg as well.
