- 2 pkg. firm tofu (cut into 4 thick slabs and pressed well)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (grated)
- 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning (satay)
- 3 pinches red pepper flakes
- water (few splashes)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha (or sambal, more or less to taste)
- 1 can coconut milk
- cinnamon stick
- 1/2 lime (juice from 1/2 lime)
- rice (I combined fresh cilantro and jalepeno, chopped)
- fresh fruit
- fresh herbs (basil, mint, cilantro)
- scallions (chopped)
- lime wedges
- chile (fresno, jalepeno, thai)
- peanuts (crushed)
