- 1/4 cup raw cashews

- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup frozen spinach
- 2 tsp. salt (Or to taste, and yes, I know this is the second time salt is listed. :)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
