I used mushrooms instead of tofu, as other in my family arn't so keen on it. It worked great! Just place these in where the recipie says to put the tofu and cook a little longer. I also doubled everything because I had to serve 4 people and with double the measurments I had too much sauce. Just a tip for anyone serving 4 rather than 2.
