I’m writing this on behalf of my 13 yr old and my 9 year old. 13 yr old said it was delicious but wanted a little more spices. He liked the crunchy texture and soft inside. My 9 yr old said it was too spicy and mushy.... but still ate it all, go figure. I say the prep was easy and If I make this again I would definitely use extra firm tofu and I possibly bake them a little longer. The good news was Everybody ate it... so It was edible but not a family favorite.

I really liked these. The crunchy outside and soft inside was great contrast. Dunked in tomato ketchup and ended up wolfing down the whole lot.
