Overall l was really happy with the recipe. We did make some alterations to it by sesoning and air frying the tofu and want to make some more changes next time so the sauce is thicker but the taste it great. The heat from the serrano chile is fantastic and it really didn’t take long to make even though we’d never made the recipe before!

Great dish! I used coconut oil instead of canola oil . Added curry, salt and pepper and also used home made vegetable stock instead of water. Turned out great and super easy to make
