The sauce was very watery. But still it tasted very good and it was little effort to make.

The flavor was great, the whole family really enjoyed it. The sauce was very thin, probably not enough carrots. This is one we will make again.

I added a can of chickpeas, which made for a beautifully thick and creamy sauce. Only problem was that it was then very good but slightly bland. Next time, will add more spice to overcome the blandness of the chickpeas.

It turned out really well! Just a hint of spice and lots of savory curry compliments the fried tofu and rice. I foresee this becoming a go-to meal for my family.

I loved it and so did husband. Added maple syrup not mirin and added extra table spoon. Served with rice and a few pieces of naan. Might be nice with chicken but tofu was actually good.

This was actually a really great dish
My 10yo and 3 1/2 yo devoured it and promised they wouldn’t eat tofu well before I started cooking it
The curry was a tad spicy for my youngest but with a dollop of plain yoghurt or sour cream if you choose it makes it fun for the whole family
Assisted by a glass of a fruity rose wine for mum and dad !!!!
