Nice and creamy. made in vitamix. glad didn't have to soak the cashews. simple

Nice and Creamy! I doubled the cashews and added a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it also.

I modified the recipe to make it similar to traditional brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese by adding brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract
