  • 5 ounces firm tofu (with the excess water squeezed out with a paper towel)
  • 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled, cubed, cooked and mashed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • salt (/pepper to taste)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or more if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • burger toppings (Top with your favorite, I used avocado, red onions, sesame seeds, and vegan basil pesto)

    Flavour was pretty good. I would probably add more bread crumbs if I made it again. Patties did not hold their shape and fell apart immediately.

    Tastes good. But does not stay as a patty all that well. Quantity is off , I asked for 8 servings and got 18.
