The recipe has too much curry powder in it for me & not enough of other flavourings to give it depth. Adding some yoghurt plus some soy sauce made all the difference

So easy and so good! Would make this again for sure! I boiled my rice in vegetable stock and added it as the boiling water, just omit the salt!
