Just made this... and it's superb!!! Didnt have any thyme but still excellent and can only imagine the thyme would.make even better. Really simple to make, totally satisfying, reminds me of pre-vegan strog days!!!

I replaced the thyme with tarragon, and it was delicious! All got gobbled up immediately, so creamy :)
