- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- icing (Toffee)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. extract (toffee)
- toffee (Add a drops or each of the coloring to get a nice warm, color.)
- cookies (Pipe onto cooled, with piping bag.)
