- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- 1 cup toffee pieces (I used homemade, but I know Heath Bar chips will work perfectly)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
