- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed, can substitute light brown sugar)
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (I used Vain Tahitian Vanilla extracted in Cane Rum)
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup toffee (cut into chunks and pieces, option to reserve a few chunks to top the cookies when they come out of the oven)
