- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened but still cool, cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature, cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (at room temperature)
