- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (toasted)
- 9 oz. dark chocolate chips (I used NESTLÉ Delightfulls dark chocolate morsels with coconut filling)
