- 1/8 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk powder (vegan, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. agar (flakes or 2 teaspoons agar powder - See Agar)
- 1/4 cup filtered water (or alternative milk to cook agar)
- 7 large eggs (at room temperature, 385 grams out of the shell)
- 5.4 oz. unsweetened coconut cream (thick premium organic, . I used Native Forest.)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups sweetener (Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root, or Swerve, or Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener)
- 2 cups coconut flakes (medium-shredded unsweetened)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 Tbsp. palm oil (unprocessed red, optional for a yellow color)
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional for buttery flavor)
- 1 cup sweetener (such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, or Swerve, or Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener)
- 1 1/4 cups filtered water (warm)
- 5 Tbsp. decaffeinated coffee (instant Mt. Hagen organic, crystals)
- 2 Tbsp. anise liqueur (Italian Sambuca, or 1/2 teaspoon anise powder)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao (or cocoa powder)
- 4 strawberries (if you like)
