This was very light and tasty. Next time I will definitely soak the lady fingers I coffee and use more than 1/3 of a cup. It was just missing that spongy coffee layer and was a bit dry instead.

Thanks to Tehjae's advice, I prepared more coffee and soaked ladyfingers, and it worked out great.

This is a gorgeous recipe i would recommend soaking the Ladyfingers for a more moist layer. Otherwise aboslutely perfect!
