Directions
- Step 1: Marinate tilapia in lemon, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat some oil in a pan. Add butter.
- Step 3: When butter has melted, add the fish. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
- Step 4: Remove from heat.
