This was Deee-lush-us! I loved the Tilapia with lemon capers. I missed on adding the lemon zest. I was completely surprised when the onion, garlic, lemon and cilantro thickened exactly as the recipe specified. Served with white rice and asparagus,It is now and forever added to rotation.
