These came out so good! First of all I am not a fan of tilapia but this recipe is great. Dipping them is the only down side lol. The process grosses me out but the end result is worth it. Will make again.

Very good fish was crunchy I didn’t have the seasoning t called for, used Old Bay instead. I also added some 1% milk to egg wash, that helped the bread crumbs to stick better. Also cooked a few in our air fryer, cooked up nicely.

i used my own seasoning of garlic salt, lemon pepper and a dash off Lawry's. i also used Italian bread crumbs, but all in all it was a big hit in my house. my kids 10 & 2 loved it and asked for seconds.
