- 100 grams coconut cream (Concentrate, 1/2 block, diced)
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 lime (juice only)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 red chilli (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander (SuperValu)
- 1/2 stick fresh ginger (SuperValu, peeled and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 drop natural yogurt
