- 1 cup pea shoots (rinsed and roughly chopped 50g)
- 2 cups mint leaves (loosely packed)
- 5 oz. feta (package of, crumbled)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp. honey (or other liquid sweetener)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dried mint
