- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1 dash bijol (powder)
- 4 cans clams (smoked, or oysters with oil)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. shrimp (large raw, peeled and de-veined)
- 1 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat frozen (leg sections cut in pieces)
- 8 lobster tails (medium)
- 8 bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced (or red, and used as a garnish, optional)
- 1 cup green peas (frozen)
- 12 clams (fresh, or mussels in the shell)

Turned out really good. The directions were a little confusing, but I figured it out. I will definitely make again.
