- 300 grams ricotta cheese (tub full fat)
- 1 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup basil (loosely packed chopped)
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
- 3 zucchini (medium/large, diced)
- 3 bell peppers (sweet, cored and diced)
- 180 grams baby spinach (fresh, half a standard large package)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt (to taste)
- 3/4 cup basil (fresh chopped)
