- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (Diamond Crystal brand, it is about half as “salty” as Morton brand and much lower sodium than regular table salt)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 24 Tbsp. unsalted butter (12 oz / 3 sticks, melted and cooled until slightly warm)
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate (about 55% to 60%, chopped into pieces the size of chocolate chips, Keller recommends Valrhona Equatoriale chocolate)
- confectioners’ sugar (for sprinkling over the tops)
