This was perfect and I cheated a little by using a store bought plain rotisserie chicken. I marinated the chicken for 45 mins and placed it in my air fryer for 15-20 mins. For the green sauce I added a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar and the juice of 1/2 a lime.
