most of the parmesan / egg ended up on the baking sheet and the zucchini turned mushy instead of crispy

Will definitely make again. Added Panko crumbs to make it more crunchy. My son ate them up, but hated the dip. Did a little tweaking, but he still didn't eat it. He hates mayo. I liked the dip, complimented the parmesan flavor.

I liked it. Only thing is that after rolling the pieces in the egg and rolling it in the Parmesan it would clump up my bowl of Parmesan causing it to not stick to it anymore causing me to use a lot more Parmesan then expected. If anybody has advice for preventing this from happening let me know. I will make this again someday.

what is this called? I love it btw and it looks good i had fun cooking and eating it so this is great and I wan to make it again someother time
