- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups chocolate chips
