- 20 oz. all purpose flour
- 4 oz. fresh yeast (or 0,2 ounces, 6 grams active dry yeast or 0,15, 4,5 grams instant yeast)
- 300 mL lukewarm water
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in 300ml of lukewarm water, if you're using active dry yeast wait a few minutes until it starts foaming.
- In a stand mixer with the dough hook attached add your flour, salt, and sugar.
- Make a well with the flour in the middle of the bowl and add your water and yeast mixture.
