- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp. molasses
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 12 oz. beer
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (approx add to taste)

Just finished eating my first bowl. It was delicious. Now, I’ll let it sit in the fridge for the night to marinate in its own spicy glory, because everyone knows (or at least should know) chili tastes better when reheated. Tomorrow’s lunch should go over well, and the chili-mac in two days will be even better.

Excellent base recipe. I modified it a little and made it spicier. I’m definitely doing it again!
