- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (plus more to taste)
- 4 bacon strips
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups brussels sprouts (rinsed and halved)
- 10 sweet mini bell peppers (rinsed, whole)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced about ⅜" thick)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
