- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (you'll likely need 2 lemons)
- 1/3 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 6 Tbsp. milk (buttermilk preferred, at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1 1/4 cups icing sugar (sifted)
