    Definitely a keeper! I didn't have fresh ginger so I substituted ground. Also, I didn't have cranberry juice so I juiced the orange which gave me a 1/4 cup then added Grand Marnier to make a 1/2 cup. Turned out beautiful, thank you for sharing!
