- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (ground, +6 tablespoons water)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (divided, I use Enjoy Life brand, which is dairy-free and soy-free)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
