It was really good, followed recipe However I didn’t have red pepper flakes so substituted with dry chilli flakes which gave it a little zing.
After 20 min I added a can of tomatoes and simmered in the oven for a further 20 min.

Followed the recipe and cooking instructions exactly and they still came out strangely dry. Only edible with sauce to help the texture.
