- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 egg whites (100 g + 1 whole egg, 50 g, weighed out of shell, at room temperature**)
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk (at room temperature)

followed the instructions exactly and my cake took twice as long to cook, and ended out sunken in the middle
