- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 12 oz. dark chocolate (melted I used Ghirardelli Melting Wafers but you can use chopped dark chocolate, not chips)
- 1/4 cup crystalized ginger (finely chopped)
